Mike Anderson has recently been promoted to vice president of credit for H. D. Smith. Building on his responsibilities as credit director, Anderson will be accountable for underwriting and managing H. D. Smith’s and Smith Medical Partner’s accounts receivable and notes receivable portfolios.
His priorities center on defining direction, reducing risk, and developing policy, procedures and strategy. Anderson joined H. D. Smith in 2007 as credit manager of the Florida Division.
Starting his career at Barnett Bank, Anderson also worked for Cardinal Health prior to joining H. D. Smith. Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Florida State University and a masters in commercial real estate finance from Georgia State University. He is a member of the National Association of Credit Managers.
