PDMA Development

The U.S. District Court has granted a motion by RxUSA and FDA that will extend the administrative closing of the RxUSA v. FDA litigation. The administrative closing and FDA injunction against enforcement of certain provisions within the final PDMA pedigree rule will continue through September 30, 2010, unless either party requests that this case be reopened. This procedural action is necessary by the Court to ensure that the lawsuit is preserved until either this litigation is resolved or there is a Congressional solution.
